Motivation is needed in order for things to happen, however staying motivated isn’t always easy. The lack of motivation can cause people to give up, especially when things start getting tough. Sometimes it seems easier to avoid going through with something and I can definitely relate to this as fear can sometimes get in the way.
Here are quick tips to keep you motivated to keep making your jefa moves.
1) Get organised and make a list
It's so important to break down your goals into smaller tasks so it’s easier to follow. When there’s too much on your to-do-list it can put you off so make it realistic! Give yourself deadlines so you can tick them off as you go along. There’s nothing more satisfying than ticking something off your to-do list!
2) Put your goals into perspective
When you start doubting and feeling unmotivated, think back to why you started it in the first place. Reflecting on the reasons can make you want to work even harder because, without it, you probably wouldn’t be where you are.
3) Be positive
The attitude you have is so important. I think speaking things into existence really helps.
Tell yourself that you’ve got this and that Sí Se Puede! Sometimes we’ve got to be reminded that we are that boss and can do anything and everything if we put our minds to it.
4) Reward Yourself
Remember to reward yourself for all the hard work you’ve done. Sometimes we can get so busy that we forget to take a break and treat ourselves with our favourite things. A reward can be big or small like catching up on a show or maybe some snacks. This is one of the easiest ways to stay motivated because the more you reward yourself, the more motivated you can become to reach your goal!
Remember where there’s a will, there’s a way. You can achieve whatever you’re trying to! Let your faith be greater than your fear, you’ve got this Reina!
