All orders are made to order. It’s important to us that you love your purchase as much as we love creating it. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! Please ensure that you enter your full address, including zip codes, city's, states to avoid any confusion (double-check too!).

  • You will receive a tracking number once dispatched


How much is shipping?

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, we use the Royal Mail postage service with the following services.

  • Shipping cost starts at £3 for UK 2nd class signed for.

  • International tracked & signed - £10.00  (Apparel) £15 (Poderosa Package)


When will my order arrive?

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders placed Fri-Sun will usually be dispatched on Monday.

  • UK orders will arrive within 2-4 working days (There still may be some delays due to the coronavirus)

  • Europe orders will typically arrive within 5-7 working days

  • International orders will typically arrive within 8-10 working days


What Is the exchange and return policy?
At the moment, we do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind due to the current climate. Please double-check the sizing in the footer to make sure you order the correct size. 

What if my item is incorrect or damaged?
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email poderosaldn@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn.


I think my mail is lost - I haven't received my delivery yet?

  • We cannot be held responsible for any lost items. If you have not yet received your items we recommend you get in contact with royal mail. However, also please get in contact with me and let me know! I will do my best to assist.
